With this tour package, you can explore the lakes, caves, temples, stupas and many other tourist attractions in Pokhara accompanied by the fascinating view of the snowcapped mountains.
Pokhara Tour starts with your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport. After a brief stay in the Kathmandu valley, the trip begins. During this stay, you will be observing various tourist attractions in the valley which includes the UNESCO World Heritage sites such as the durbar squares of Kathmandu, Patan, and Bhaktapur, Swayambhunath, Boudhanath, and Pashupatinath. The drive to Pokhara is filled with scenic views of the exciting landscapes and rural settlements. On your first day of sightseeing, you will be visiting the Phewa Lake. One can take various boat rides in the lake, just to relax and visit the temple right in the middle of the lake. The next stop will be the World Peace Pagoda which is a symbol of peace. After exploring these sites, you visit David’s fall and Mountaineering Museum. The next day is special as the early morning drive takes you to Sarangkot hill from where you can witness the spectacular view of the sunrise. The 2nd-day sightseeing includes Mahendra Cave, Gupteswor Cave, Bindyabasini Temple and Matepani Gumba. If you are interested you can also enjoy other activities like paragliding and bungee jumping.

Itinerary
1
Day 01: Arrival Kathmandu
The trip starts with your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA). Our company representative welcomes you at the airport. Then you will be transferred to the hotel for your overnight stay.

Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing
After breakfast, you meet your tour guide at the hotel premises. He will give you a brief introduction to the places you will be visiting today. Our company van will take you around the valley, stopping at authentic Nepali dinners for lunch and dinner.

Day 03: Drive to Pokhara|6-7 Hrs
You take the tourist bus and ride to the beautiful city of Pokhara. It will be a journey through the curvy roads of the hilly terrain. You can enjoy the views of the terraced rice fields, lush green hills, roadside settlement, Trishuli and Marsayangdi rivers and most of the Annapurna Himalayan Range. After arrival in Pokhara, you check in to your hotel. In the evening, you can take a pleasant walk around Phewa Lake.

Day 04: Pokhara sightseeing
After breakfast at the hotel, you head to the beautiful Phewa lake where can enjoy a quiet boating experience. Take the boat to the isolated Tal Barahi temple which is located at the middle of the lake. After exploring Tal Barahi temple, go across the lake and climb up the hill to visit World Peace Pagoda. From this white stupa, you can see the views of the snowcapped mountains like Dhaulagiri (8,167 m), Annapurna south (7,129 m) and Mt. Machhapuchhre (6,991 m). Then you come back down and visit David’s fall, also known as Patale Chhango. If time permits, you drive to the Mountaineering museum too.

Day 05: Pokhara Sightseeing
Take an early morning drive to Sarangkot hill and witness a spectacular sunrise. Head back to Lakeside and enjoy the breakfast in one of the rooftop hotels. Then you take another drive to see the two popular caves in Pokhara; Mahendra Cave and Gupteshwor Cave. Visit Bindyabasini temple and Matepani Gumba and observe the religious norms. In the evening, you can hang out at some of the bars and pubs near the Lakeside area.

Day 06: Drive back from Pokhara to Kathmandu|6-7 Hrs
You can do some early morning shopping near the lakeside area before you take the bus back to Kathmandu. After arriving at the hotel, you can either relax at your room or wander around the capital city.

Day 07: Departure
The 7-day trip comes to an end. After a fulfilling breakfast, our company representative will take you to the airport 3 hours before your flight schedule. Then you take the flight back home / next destination.
