This spiritual Yoga Trek begins with your arrival in Kathmandu. During your stay in the valley, you will be visiting the UNESCO World Heritage sites in the valley Katmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath, Pashupatinath, and Boudhanath. From Kathmandu, you take a scenic flight over the green hills and high mountains to reach Pokhara. The trail takes you through the village of Ghandruk, Jhinu, Tolka, and Australian Camp. On this journey, the yoga sessions take place in different locations including the foothills of the giant mountains, traditional lowland villages, and dense forests. This trek also provides an opportunity to stay in the local family homes, taste the home-cooked meals, and observe the ethnic Gurung culture. Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, we will be there to pick you up. Then, you will be escorted to your hotel. Overnight at a 3-star hotel in Kathmandu.

You will perform the morning yoga as usual then after its completion, you will explore Kathmandu. Kathmandu possesses many cultural heritage sites which are dated back to centuries ago. With seven UNESCO world heritage sites, your day will involve visiting lots of temples, stupas, and monasteries. Firstly, you will visit the Monkey temple, then, you will visit Pashupatinath and Boudhanath, and at last, you will visit Kathmandu Durbar Square. Again, you will be doing your evening yoga. Overnight at hotel.

After the morning yoga, you will be flying towards Pokhara. A 25-minute flight above the high mountains and hills takes you to the land of the lakes; Pokhara is beautifully created by nature herself. With astonishing views of the mountain like Mt. Annapurna (8091m) and Machhapuchhre (6993m) along with lakes like Begnas and Phewa, you will surely feel the generosity of nature in Pokhara. In the evening, you will practice your yoga. Overnight at a 3-star hotel in Pokhara.

You will perform your morning yoga in the lake city, after which you will drive up to Kimche via Nayapul and Birethanti. Zooming off alongside pristine natural landscape, you reach Kimche, from where your trek starts. You will ascend on flag-stone steps with a view of Machhapuchhre (6993m) smiling at you from behind the hills and pass through the rhododendron forest to reach the picture-perfect village of Ghandruk, inhabited by the Gurung. You can perform your evening yoga while relishing the breathtaking view of Annapurna South (7219m) and Machhapuchhre (6993m). Overnight in Ghandruk.

You will again perform your yoga with the mountains as your spectator before leaving Ghandruk for Jhinu. You will ascend through the lush forest of rhododendron and oak with the continuous views of Machhapuchhre (6993m), Hiunchuli (6441m), and Annapurna South (7219m) until you reach Jhinu. There is a natural hot spring in Jhinu, situated on the bank of Modi River. After reaching Jhinu, you will get to enjoy a relaxing dip in hot spring. You will perform your evening yoga in Jhinu Danda. Overnight in Jhinu.

After your morning yoga in Jhinu, you will cross Chhomrong River and Modi River via New Bridge and descend to Tolka. As you descend through the verdant forest, you will pass by the Gurung village of Landruk before reaching the small settlement of Tolka. You will perform your evening Yoga in Tolka with a view of Machhapuchhre (6993m) rising behind the hills. Overnight in Tolka.

Before leaving Tolka for Australian Camp, you will perform your morning yoga on the foothills of the Annapurna massif one more time. You will climb down the flag-stone steps amid the beautiful rhododendron forest until you reach Australian Camp. Australian Camp is a small settlement best known for its unobstructed view of the Annapurna range and Machhapuchhre (6993m). You will perform your evening yoga at the camp before calling it a night.

After your morning yoga, you will continue descending on the stone steps until you reach Kande. From Kande, you will drive to Pokhara via Phedi and Hyangja. The short drive will allow you to have a look at small Gurung settlements nestled on the foot of mid-hills. Upon arrival in Pokhara, you can hire a bike and cycle around the beautiful city or you can just relax by the bank of Phewa Lake. Overnight at a 3-star hotel in Pokhara.

Keeping everything that Pokhara has to offer in mind, you will spend the whole day today exploring the beautiful city. You can either go for a morning hike to World Peace Pagoda for a panoramic view of the mountains along with a bird’s eye view of Pokhara valley and Phewa Lake, or you can drive to Sarangkot to witness the beautiful sunrise, and if interested you can go for paragliding as well. You can later visit Begnas Lake and do boating there. In Pokhara, there are so many places to visit and so many activities to partake in. Overnight at hotel.

Either by land or by air, you will return to Kathmandu. The drive allows you to enjoy the scenic views composed of green hills, terraced fields, many small streams, and the Marsayangdi and Trishuli Rivers. After arrival, you will be driven to the hotel, where you will be resting for the night.
