Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, our representative will receive you and transfer you to your hotel. Overnight at a 3-star hotel in Kathmandu.

After breakfast, we will make our way to Kusma. It is advised that we leave early in the morning to avoid traffic along the highway. The drive to Kusma is through winding roads next to fast flowing rivers and through the beautiful Pokhara city. Overnight in Kusma.

The drive from Kusma to Muktinath will take you through drastic changes in the landscape. From lush green hills to the dry and cold areas surrounded by the mountains, the landscape and climate changes within a matter of few hours. To reach Muktinath, we will cross villages such as Lete, Khobang, Tukuche, and the beautiful Jomsom. This region is cold and windy, so it is advised that one packs warm clothes. Overnight in Muktinath.

A short hike early in the morning takes us to the holy temple of Muktinath. Plenty of bike services are available for people who are incapable of walking. Muktinath is a sacred temple for both Hindus and Buddhist alike. A Vishnu temple, Muktinath is surrounded by 108 sacred taps where people take a bath so that they are free of their sins before entering the temple. After visiting Muktinath, we will make our way back to Pokhara. Overnight in Pokhara.

Today after breakfast, we will visit the sacred sites in Pokhara, which involves the famous Tal Barahi Temple situated in the middle of Phewa Lake and also the temple of Shiva situated inside the Gupteswor Cave. Many pilgrims flock to these temples during the festival season. If you wish, we can also visit World Peace Pagoda, which is located on a hill above Phewa Lake and serves an astonishing view of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri massifs. Overnight in Pokhara.

Today we will drive from Pokhara to Lumbini, following similar winding roads next to fast flowing rivers. We then reach the flatlands of Terai and drive past several villages and thriving towns to reach Lumbini. Lumbini is one of the most sacred pilgrimage sites in Nepal and also the world as it is the birthplace of Lord Buddha. Overnight in Lumbini.

We will make our way to the Sacred Garden of Lumbini early in the morning. Here, we will be able to visit the Maya Devi Temple which is the exact place of birth of Lord Buddha and the Ashoka pillar which was erected by the Emperor Ashok. Being one of the most visited sites in Nepal, Lumbini houses many monasteries from numerous countries following Buddhism. This mystical and mythical area gives you a sense of peace and calm. In the second half of the day, we will drive back to Kathmandu. Overnight at a 3-star hotel in Kathmandu.

Today after breakfast, we will visit the many pilgrimage sites in Kathmandu and Patan. Pashupatinath shall remain the highlight of the day as it is a huge temple space that we will be exploring. We will also pay a brief visit to Boudhanath, which is the largest Buddhist stupa in Nepal and is also one of the most sacred pilgrimage sites for followers of Buddhism. Apart from that, we will also be visiting the famous ancient Krishna Temple in Lalitpur area and pay respect to the many deities that are believed to reside in the Patan Durbar Square vicinity. We will also be visiting Kumari, the Living Goddess, today when we explore the temples of the Kathmandu Durbar Square. Overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu.

Bhaktapur, though small in size, houses the best woodwork, stonework, and architecture that are displayed in its many temples, palaces, and even in their traditional houses. The Newar of Bhaktapur are famous for their crafts and their king curd. There are many temples that will be visited today, including the Surya Binayak Temple, Dattatraya Temple, and the famous Naytapola. Visit Bhaktapur will give you a sense of what Kathmandu valley might have looked during the ancient times as only a little has changed in Bhaktapur. It will take you on a journey back in time.
